Hi, I’m Jessica
I work mainly with newborns, babies, and mothers during pregnancy and postpartum. Over time, my practice naturally grew in this direction because families often needed gentle, early support for their babies and recovery support for mothers after birth.
I am especially interested in how babies move, feed, settle, and develop in the early months of life, and in helping parents understand and support their baby’s body in a simple, reassuring way.
My Approach
My approach is gentle, patient, and baby-led.
When working with babies, I spend a lot of time watching how they move, rest, and respond. Treatment is always slow and guided by comfort. We pause when needed, and parents are always part of the process.
When working with mothers, the goal is often to help the body recover, reduce tension, and make everyday life — feeding, carrying, sleeping — more comfortable.
Care is never rushed, and every family is different.
A Relationship-Based Practice
Many families first come for their newborn and continue coming back over the years for themselves and their children. The goal is to provide a calm, trusted place where families feel comfortable asking questions, getting support, and coming back when they need help.
The Goal of Care
The goal is not to “fix” anything quickly, but to gently support the body so it can move, feed, grow, and recover more comfortably.
Care works best when families feel safe, heard, and supported.
