Ongoing Support for Women
I am currently working on developing and researching simple home exercises and gentle self-treatment techniques that women can use at home to help maintain the benefits of treatment between appointments. These resources will be added here over time and will focus on common concerns such as back pain, neck and shoulder tension, headaches, posture, hip and rib discomfort, stress tension, and general stiffness.
Sometimes there is a specific injury or pain, and sometimes the body just feels tight, uncomfortable, or not moving well. These resources will be designed to help support the body in a simple, manageable way at home.
